Nozzle heating elements<\/strong> <\/a>ensure a constant nozzle temperature during injection molding, as this zone immediately before injection is particularly sensitive to fluctuations. Thanks to their robust design, high power density and close thermal coupling, they react quickly to temperature changes and ensure uniform heating of the material. Cartridge heaters<\/a><\/strong> are used in tools, hot runners, nozzles and heating plates and offer a high heating capacity despite their compact design. Their even heat distribution and long service life make them a central component in many heating areas where precise and stable temperature control is required. <\/p>\n\n

In addition to heating, measuring the process parameters plays an equally important role. Mineral insulated thermocouples are ideal for extruders, hot runners and molds due to their flexibility, temperature resistance and short response times. They provide stable and reliable temperature values even under high mechanical and thermal loads. These are supplemented by melt pressure sensors<\/a><\/strong> are used to measure the pressure of the plastic melt.
