Whether in the development of new active ingredients, testing innovative materials or in analytical laboratory processes &#8211; reproducible temperature and pressure conditions are essential in order to consistently evaluate experiments and reliably transfer findings. To achieve this, we use high-quality heating elements, precise temperature probes and powerful pressure measuring devices that are tailored to the flexible, often changing requirements of modern R&amp;D environments.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moeschag.ch\/en\/produktkategorie\/heating-elements\/\">Heating elements<\/a><\/strong> are used in laboratory equipment, pilot plants or experimental setups to ensure defined thermal conditions. Cartridge heaters, flexible heating mats or compact laboratory heating systems enable researchers to bring samples, reaction vessels or experimental modules to the exact temperature required. Particularity in basic research, a fast, uniform and finely controllable heat supply is required to investigate thermally sensitive processes in a targeted manner or to research new reaction conditions.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moeschag.ch\/en\/produktkategorie\/temperature-sensor\/\">temperature measurement<\/a><\/strong> plays an equally important role. High-precision sensors such as <strong>Pt100 or Pt1000<\/strong> Resistance thermometers are used in many laboratory and pilot plants as they offer very high measurement accuracy and long-term stability. For applications with rapid temperature changes or extended Temperature ranges come <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moeschag.ch\/en\/products\/mineral-insulated-thermocouples\/\">Thermocouples of Types K, J or N<\/a><\/strong> thermocouples are used, which are characterized by short response times and large temperature spans. In addition, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moeschag.ch\/en\/products\/screw-in-sensor\/\">insertion sensors, miniature screw-in sensors<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moeschag.ch\/en\/products\/surface-probes-contact-probes\/\">surface sensors<\/a> or <\/strong>hygienic tri-clamp sensors are used in extensive research environments, which can be flexibly adapted to different test set-ups. The correct selection of the right type of temperature sensor ensures precise and reproducible recording of all thermal parameters &#8211; a basic requirement for reliable test results.    <\/p>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moeschag.ch\/en\/produktkategorie\/pressure-gauges\/\">Pressure measuring devices<\/a><\/strong> complement these systems and help to make experimental processes safe and controlled. In pressure reactors, filtration experiments, test modules for new materials or fluidic experimental setups, continuous pressure monitoring enables accurate analysis and prevents unwanted deviations. Mechanical stainless steel manometers are often used for standard measurements, while electronic pressure transmitters provide high-precision readings that can be integrated into digital laboratory control and analysis systems.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The coordinated interplay of heating, measuring and control creates the basis for precise, comprehensible and innovative work in research and development. Precisely controlled process conditions make it possible to realistically test new technologies, materials and reaction paths, reliably validate hypotheses and efficiently transfer research results to larger production scales. The relative pressure &#8211; i.e. in relation to atmospheric air pressure &#8211; is often measured.\nPressure gauges filled with a liquid (e.g. glycerine, silicone) are particularly suitable for Universal probes for the measurement of vibrations and high dynamic pressure loads.
