Industrial heat and temperature monitoring for stable production processes

In the food industry, precisely controlled industrial heat is crucial for hygienic, high-quality and reproducible production processes. Modern heating elements such as screw-in heaters, tubular heaters, drum and IBC container heaters and suitable Temperature probes enable uniform, controlled heating of a wide range of media and components.
Drum and container heaters ensure reduced viscosity, facilitate transport, handling and discharge and prevent product loss, especially with liquids and viscous raw materials.
The targeted use of these technologies can sustainably increase process stability, product quality and energy efficiency.

In the food and beverage sector, the controlled use of industrial heat is a decisive factor in ensuring hygienic, high-quality and reproducible production processes. Whether heating, pasteurizing, drying, keeping warm or tempering liquids and viscous media – a precisely controlled temperature is crucial for product safety, taste, texture and shelf life. At the same time, all systems used must meet the highest hygiene requirements and be able to be safely integrated into automated systems.

Heating elements such as screw-in heaters, tubular heaters and drum and IBC container heaters ensure uniform, reliable heat transfer in production facilities. While screw-in heaters and tubular heaters are mainly used in mixing tanks, pipes, pumps or dosing areas, drum and IBC heaters are used specifically for heating liquid or viscous raw materials. By reducing the viscosity in a targeted manner, they facilitate transport, handling and the complete, uniform discharge from drums or containers – an important factor for clean processes and minimized product losses.

Precise temperature monitoring plays a central role. Temperature probes such as Thermocouples or Pt100/Pt1000 sensors detect the temperature directly in the product or medium and react quickly to changes. Thanks to their high measuring accuracy, they enable precise control of thermal processes, prevent quality deviations and contribute to consistent product quality.

The combination of industrial heat and precise temperature measurement technology enables companies in the food industry to create stable, reproducible production conditions, ensure product quality and at the same time reduce energy consumption and system wear.

Pressure gauge

A pressure gauge is a measuring device for recording and displaying the physical pressure of a medium (e.g. liquid, gas, etc.). The relative pressure – i.e. in relation to atmospheric air pressure – is often measured. Pressure gauges filled with a liquid (e.g. glycerine, silicone) are particularly suitable for Universal probes for the measurement of vibrations and high dynamic pressure loads. The damping liquid prevents the formation of condensation and the penetration of corrosive gases into the housing. Typical areas of application are in the packaging machine industry, petrochemical and plant construction and, for example, in power plant construction.
