For surface temperatures up to 200°C

Identical to HT-201, but with additional outer metal braiding. The dimensions are 14 x 5 mm and a Bend radius of min. 9 mm.

For surface temperatures up to 450°C

Non-moisture-protected heating tape with a copper-nickel-plated outer protective braid. The dimensions are 12 x 8 mm. The maximum heatsealing band temperature is 450 °C

Non-moisture-protected heating tape with a protective metal braid on the inside and a glass silk braid on the outside. The dimensions are 30 x 5 mm. The maximum heating conductor temperature is 450°C.

For surface temperatures up to 900°C

Identical to HT-BS30, but with highly heat-resistant quartz glass yarn and without protective conductor braiding. This results in high performance and a high temperature.

For the transportation of gaseous media

These flexible heated sampling lines are used when a temperature needs to be maintained in connection with measurements of e.g. engine exhaust gases, blast furnace and industrial exhaust gases as well as air and environmental values. These heated hoses are used to prevent the temperature from falling below the dew point and to avoid the formation of condensation.

These flexible heated hot melt hoses transport adhesives or other thermoplastic products safely and reliably to the application equipment. Accurate and constant temperature maintenance can be used for a variety of applications. These heated hoses are used, for example, where moving system parts are connected and the heated material needs to be fed despite robot movement.

The hot melt hoses can also be manufactured in a system-compatible manner, as the materials used are adapted to the respective requirement profile. Particularities resulting from the Application are also taken into account. These include, for example, looped control and air lines, special fittings or electrical plug and head connections.
