Ready-to-connect heating jackets with an outer jacket made of glass silk with an aluminum coating, designed for all standard flange sizes. Thanks to their flexibility and precision fit, optimum heat transfer can be used for a variety of applications. Important features of this heating sleeve are its easy mounting and dismounting, long service life, low Surface load and no additional thermal insulation is required. The heating sleeve is ready-made with a 1.5 m Connection line length and a nominal voltage of 230 V AC.

For spherical vessels and operating temperatures up to 450°C

Flexible glass silk radiator with built-in NiCr-Ni temperature probes in the lower heating zone. The outer casing is made of glass material with four movable threaded bolts. Diameter of the bottom hole must be specified when ordering. The heating mantle also consists of a 1.5 m supply cable with a multi-pin plug for the heater and sensor for direct connection to a control and regulation unit. The mains voltage is 230 V / 400 V AC.
