Heating mats for IBC containers

Many materials are viscous at room temperature, which makes them difficult to unload from an IBC container. Syrup, sugar, fats, etc. in particular are difficult to unload as they cannot be poured out of the container. This often leads to loss of products and can therefore be very expensive.

Here, the IBC container is heated to soften the materials and thus reduce the viscosity.

Mösch IBC container heaters are ideal for heating the container contents quickly and efficiently.

Mösch IBC container heaters are available in different versions with up to 3 temperature controllers, each of which can be set from 0 to 90 °C (exception: 1300 W version 0 to 40 °C). This ensures that liquids can be heated quickly and safely and that a specific viscosity is maintained.

The Mösch IBC container heater is of a solid, durable lightweight construction that can be easily and securely attached to any standard 1000 l container using quick-release straps. This means that Mösch IBC container heaters are also ideal for transporting 1000 l containers to keep their contents at a specific viscosity or temperature.

Usage of our IBC insulating lids enables a reduction in heat loss and thus even faster heating of the container contents.

Drum heaters 0 to +90 °C

Keep frost-free or keep viscosity constant

Our drum heaters are perfect for drums where the contents need to be kept at a constant temperature, a certain viscosity or frost-free.

The drum heaters can be set to 0 – 90 °C using a user-friendly thermostat and are therefore perfect for almost any purpose.

Thanks to the solid, high-quality lightweight construction, the drum heaters can be quickly and easily attached to any standard drum in conjunction with the quick-release straps.

To reduce heat loss from the drums, we recommend using our insulating lid.

Drum heaters 0 to +200 °C

Drum heater up to +200 °C

Function technically the same as the drum heaters 0 to +90 °C. With the user-friendly thermostat, setting range 0 – 200 °C, these drum heaters are perfect for almost any purpose (the maximum temperature may vary due to the maximum temperature of the liquids).

Drum heaters for food

Ideal for heating liquids in metal drums. Simple, fast and safe heating up to 120°C. The drum heaters are equipped with 2 thermostats for precise heating.

Made from special silicone materials that comply with industry regulations and are durable. The fastening elements are fitted with straps to facilitate the transportation of the drums.

Drum floor heater 0 to 120 °C

Keep frost-free or keep viscosity constant

In contrast to conventional drum heaters, the drum bottom heater heats the metal drums from the bottom.

Due to its diameter of 550 mm, this Type can be used for standard drums up to 200 l.

The drum floor heater is equipped with a built-in thermostat for the range 0 to +120 °C. The set temperature is ensured by the thermostat and is easy to operate.

If the heating process is to be faster than the drum base heater alone can guarantee, it can simply be combined with a conventional drum heater.

Drum bottom heaters are suitable for heating many different liquids, e.g. diesel, resin, oil, water and many other industrial liquids.
