Cartridge heaters

Metal-sheathed high-performance cartridge heater (HLP) with ground outer jacket made of stainless steel. Special construction and high compression allow an extremely high surface load, i.e. the accommodation of high power in a very small space. UL approved available.

Nozzle heating elements & tubular cartridges

Low-mass, high-density heating elements with which a very high output can be accommodated in a small space. They are available with or without built-in Thermocouples.

Tubular heating elements

Compressed, metal-sheathed and malleable radiators with flat oval cross-section in one-, two- and three-pipe design and connection on one or both sides. Sheath material made of CrNi steel. Heatsealing band made of NiCr alloys. Insulation material magnesium oxide (MgO). UL approved Thermocouple (RHK only).

Flexible tubular heating elements

Flexible tubular heating elements are robust tubular heating elements with very good thermal properties, which can be bent freely by hand. Handling is simple. Depending on the application, the Flexible tubular heating elements can be bent in all three dimensions – without special tools.

Screw-in heater

Electrical heating element consisting of hairpin-shaped Bent tubular heating elements, which are soldered or welded into a G 1½" screw head and can be supplied with controller and/or limiter combinations.

Ceramic heating elements

All-ceramic heating elements made of silicon nitride and aluminum nitride can be manufactured in customer specific designs to client requirements. A versatile shape design allows the heating function to be integrated into high-strength ceramic parts, such as cutting knives, welding jaws and tools. The high power density is achieved by sintering conductive ceramic in a shell of insulating ceramic. The excellent ageing and wear resistance of the ceramics guarantees a long service life. Holes, grindings, vacuum grooves, etc. can be drilled.
