Silicone heating elements
For surface temperatures up to 260°C
The silicone heating mats are very flexible and can be designed for many geometric shapes on a Customer-specific basis. The heating conductor processed in silicone and the processed silicones are characterized in particular by their high resistance to various chemicals. In addition, the mats have a very even heat distribution. The maximum heatsealing band temperature is 260°C.
These heating mats are used in thermal work processes where high Temperature resistance and flexibility are required. In addition to heating bonded joints, this silicone heating mat also achieves extremely even and full-surface heat distribution on machines and equipment parts, containers, pipe sections and other molded parts.

Glass fiber insulated heating mats HPG-250S and HPG-450
For surface temperatures up to 250°C or 450°C
Ready-to-connect, flexible heating mats for all geometric shapes with an outer jacket in glass silk with an aluminum coating. Our heating mats can be equipped with different types of mounting and sensors.
Recesses can also be taken into account. The maximum heatsealing band temperature is 250°C (for Type HPG-250S) or 450°C (HPG-450).
These heating mats are preferably used for heating and keeping liquid or gaseous media constant in containers, tanks, bunker tops or transport containers, etc.
For temperature control, we recommend our range of electronic control and temperature control units, as well as the corresponding Temperature probes.
