Ceramic heating elements
Ceramic heating elements
All-ceramic heating elements made of silicon nitride and aluminum nitride can be manufactured in customer specific designs to client requirements. A versatile shape design allows the heating function to be integrated into high-strength ceramic parts, such as cutting knives, welding jaws and tools.
The high power density is achieved by sintering conductive ceramic in a shell of insulating ceramic.
The excellent ageing and wear resistance of the ceramics guarantees a long service life.
Holes, grindings, vacuum grooves, etc. can be drilled.
